Rockford
Christian is a Christ-centered college preparatory school located in
Rockford, Illinois and home to almost 1200 energetic students living and
learning what it takes to be successful in all areas of life. Rockford Christian Schools is a private,
nondenominational Christian school dedicated to high standards of
academic excellence and spiritual growth. All of our programs whether
academic, athletic or social revolve around the understanding that
people are spiritual beings, and that God has uniquely wired each
person with gifts and abilities. At Rockford Christian we believe that
the school age years are formative for discovering those gifts and
learning how to use them for God's glory as well as for personal
development and fulfillment. The school is run on the principle that the
Bible is the inerrant Word of God and that it provides guidance for all
aspects of life.

The middle school and high school will be working together on March 11th to pack 60,000 meals to be shipped to Haiti. Each student will donate one class period throughout the day to pack meals. We are asking each student to donate $5 to cover the cost of food. On March 9th the lunchroom will be serving a Haitian style meal, like the one we are packing. These are available for $3. Any student not wishing to participate in the Haitian meal will need to bring a sack lunch that day. This is an awesome opportunity to serve those in need.

Camp Vertical Extreme is the largest and most active summer day camp in the Rockford area. Camp starts June 1 and runs until August 6 weekdays between 6:30 and 5:30. Click here for a printable information packet including application form
